To all those who are seriously interested in studies/searches like these, I have always strongly requested them to acquire astrological databases, such as astrodatabank or Tager or several other databases which allow searching of such combination. One would get hundreds of charts with a simple search like this (e.g., show me recent (birthdate>1960) high quality birthdata with lord of 10th in 6th or 8th or 12th). Then if you get something like 450 charts, you can segregate them into genders, or specific categories by vocation, or hundreds of other categories and play around with ayanamshas and other factors such as show me in this cluster charts where mars is the said planet in the nakshatra of ketu -- etc etc). You would also get a list of biographical data which will allow you to further study these charts. I realize you were probably not expecting an answer like this, but thought you may not mind my 2 cents! I started writing down the exact reference and the strings or wordings used by the given classic. I assumed that none of these were meant to be comprehensive. When as many of the wordings that I could find were in the notebooks (sigh -- no computers and scanners back then!), then I would take a chart one by one and look at it and see how many of the pronouncements worked in the charts. Obviously this was before I knew stats or even had a calculator so had to rely on my memory (which I bet was helped by this exercise of trying to visualize and remember patterns) [tell that to the current generation who cannot count change as fast as some of us old-timers can!]. Anyway -- long story short, this is how I weaned myself off mechanical jyotish as has currently seen an upsurge in software which identifies a yoga and gives a pronouncement which rarely fits! I am sorry if I am wasting your time in case you believe the field to be otherwise!
