Mercury?

May I ask:

 

Where was Mercury on October 24, 8:42 AM, Eastern time zone of the USA?

 

I have it as being on the border of Libra and Scorpio, at zero degrees

exactly. I use parashara's Light. But observations of this planet show

some erratic movements, so I was wondering if anyone has a source of

position in terms of actual observation, and not just standard,

software calculation.

By the way, the question below was with reference to a prashna

question, and the actual time was 9:41 AM in time zone five, for Sao

Paulo, Brazil.

 

I had said 8:42 Eastern time, which is basically the same thing.

 

I had rounded upwards, which was a mistake on my part.
