Difference in celebrating Kaarthika nomu before and after Kaarthika poornima

Respected Shiv bhaktas

Good morning to all. Here is one request for clarification. All of

we know very well that this Karthika maasam is having very good

importance. Some people do kaarthika noomu/vratham on any monday

after the full moon and some bhaktas celebrate before the full moon.

Even though it is open to celebrate Siva pooja in other days some

bhaktas are hesitating to do particularly karthika nomu on monday

at all, if their ancestors are not having the practice of doing

this vratham on monday. Will you please interact on the

significance of these issues.
