Dear Vistiji,

 

This lady in question is legally blind. As soon as her Jupiter dasa

started, she left her well paying job and joined some charity

organization because of that she is facing some financial problems now.

 

What is giving her this eye problem and when will her financial

situation improve? Can you please suggest some remedial measures.

Dear Nutan, Namaskar.

Jaimini states that if Venus is joined Rahu, whilst Sun aspects the

Upapada, the person will be blind.

In this case Sun is in marana karaka sthana (twelfth house) in Cancer

and has rasi dristi on Upapada in Scorpio. Further Venus is joined Rahu,

as Rahu is forming a daridra yoga (poverty) as it aspects the Moon in

second house from lagna. This rahu-shukra yoga is also in tenth house

from Moon, causing inability to work due to the situation.

This is the gamut of the problem. There is a curse to keep in mind as well.

Vishnu worship is required for her. I would recommend reciting the

Vishnu Gayatri from the Rg Veda: Tad Vishno Paramampadam... Do find it

and recommend it to her for recitation regularly for 108 times a day

beginning from a thursday.

Regarding the combination stated by Maharishi Jaimini-Venus+rahu with Sun's aspect on Upapada,I too have te same combination.However Venus causes Malavya yoga in the fourth and Sun has rasi drishti on the Upapada in Pisces with Jupiter from Saggittarius [both Jupiterian signs].Does this keep loss of eyesight at bay or will it manifest at a later period,say the dasa of any of these planets?

Regarding Upapada,may I venture to ask a few more doubts?

1.A neecha planet in UL indicates a spouse from a lower background or loss of status to the spouse-does this apply for a neecha planet whose debility is cancelled? Or does it mean the spouse will rise after a fall in status or job? If so,does the significator of the planet causing neechabhanga,hold the key to the spouse's rise in career ?or am I going too far?

2.This is regarding a birth rectification of chart: the native could have an Aquarius Lagna or a pisces Lagna. Aquarius lagna is giving Rahu in UL[scorpio]-does this indicate a spouse from outside the community or lack of religious temperament in the spouse?

Whereas for Pisces lagna, Rahu is in second from UL[Libra]-does it show that Rahu will cause the end of the marriage? If so ,how,by crossing boundaries? Am I missing something?

I did the navamsa based correction as per your audio lesson,but I am still confused.The native is into hospitality industry.So Venus could be important?With Saturn and Mars in 7th from Venus in Navamsa Lagna.Will that be correct?
