Well I know that the Moon in house 10 suggest working with liquids in restaurants,which i did,but found too heavy and give little money. Since the ruler of 10 is in 9,teaching is one possibility, but what would be my chances with music?

It's time now that I turn this computer off (bed time for me here in

Australia). But, very quickly, before I go... I have had a quick look at

your chart and note that you're running mahadasa of yoga karaka Saturn who

is placed in 9th house...hence your interest in astrology.

As to your question regarding musical career; note Rahu in 3rd with 3rd lord

Moon in 10th (again giving the interest here). However, I've also noted that

Saturn, Venus and Mars are all combust in 8th house.

This we can perhaps talk about tomorrow (after I've had some rest). In the

meantime, other members might also like to take a look at your chart and add

their comments.

Dear Paulo,

There are several methods/systems of Astrology nowadays. I think I can

understand you because I too came from a Western Astrology background

to a Vedic one, and I also found things rather confusing at first, and

again like you I have also tried different systems but came to the

conclusion that Parashara has it all.

Astrology is a very old science and sound predictions were made all

the time by old astrologers long before modern methods such as SA or

KP were created. I am not criticizing the new methods as I respect

them as well as Parashara's but I know that if you persevere in one

method alone you will find that you will be able to understand how

astrology works and find your answers.

Astrology is not an easy or fast or instant science and (good)

astrologers are not made in a day, you have to study the basics very

hard and concentrate on one system for many many time until you fully

understand it before doubting it and jumping so quickly onto different

ways of understanding Astrology, like Gauquelin, etc.

This is my advice to you and since you joined this forum I am giving

it to you because I think you do want to make progress.

The secret to getting the right answer is to ask the right question. You may

To touch (briefly) on your question about career. Moon in 10th is a

fluctuating influence...subject to change and, when we combine this with;

1) the combustion of 10th lord.

2) the karaka for 10th in debility (in 12th from 10th) and,

3) hemmed in by debilitated Jupiter and combust Saturn,

We have to conclude some instability in regards to career.
