Please guide me with this query.

 

For conjunction to be effective what are the orbs of influence

between planets ?

 

In my chart Rahu is at 29 deg 26 min in Libra while Sun is at 5 deg 30

min in Libra as well. In this case does Rahu hurt the Sun ?
