Guest guest
Hi Richard, I am currently suffering from extreme overheating - diagnosed by my ayurvedic doctor as aggravated pitta dosha (most organs) - this caused by diet and stress, although i have no fever, I suffer from heatflashes and regular heating, it is mostly felt in the head and also feel pulsing in the body, although my bloodpressure is normal (120 over 90). I am following the ayurvedic diet regimen very strictly and this is having a very positive effect, but symptoms are still there, also waiting for some thyroid tests by the regular doctor. Other tests are good; kidneys, blood sugar, immune system. From the view point of Jyotish, what is causing this and what is/are the best gemstone(s) or Rudraksha I can use for this? Do you know any who is an expert in diagnosing ayurvedically through Jyotish? I believe you may have my data already. I am wearing a sphatik mala and that is cooling somewhat, but not enough. I have a zircon stone, would that be cooling? I ordered the sandalwood mala as well. Thank you for any help, ~ Ole
Guest guest
Dear Ole, Usually in India yogurt with salt, like slightly salty lassi, is used for cooling during overheating. That is only if you can digest milk. Usually yogurt is cure for heat. As for talismans, the heat is actually coming from inside and must be treated inside. According to some, Gomeda, for ultraviolet, is the coldest gem. Sometimes fasting is the cure because we stop feeding the fire. What is the medical diagnosis??
