health of child to be born: Rath ji, Vishti ji Please help this hapless couple

My elder sister's first child had a lot of health related

problems so much so they have almost given up on having a second

child. They are always so much in pain and anguish thinking who

would take care of their first and only child after they are gone. For them going for a second child means a lot of effort and anguish as with the emergencies to their first child they are in and out of hospitals and both parents work .

Please guide them if they should go for a second child as they are getting conflicting views from astrologers they have contacted. Is it possible to predict the health of a second child ( as three lives are dependent on it). Parents are deeply anguished as they can see that the first would survive on a sibling when they are gone but with the torment of the first pregnancy and first child already suffering, they are not able to decide whether to go for a second one. They have no medical problems for conception.
