Om Namah Amma --

Would someone please post the lyrics (and English translation) to Amma's

bhajan, "Niranjanum" when they get a chance? I left my bhajan books in NYC

- I know it is recorded on the Telegu Bhajans Volume 1 and is about

"everything I do is arati to my Mother..."

Thanks. love, Prashanti

Bhajanamritam vol. 5, p. 127:

Nirajanam nirajanam

ma talli rupunaku nirajanam nirajanam

I offer Arati to my Mother's form.

Punnami ratrilo chandrunila sobhinche

ma talli bottunaku nirajanam

chikatilo dari chupi nayinche

ma talli nattukaku nirajanam

I offer Arati to our Mother whose sandalwood mark on the forehead is

like the moon on the full moon night. I offer Arati to our Mother

whose radiant nose ring illuminates our path that is covered in

darkness.

Mante manassunu challara jese

ma talli navunaku nirajanam

tarim pajese divya premato nintina

ma talli kannulaku nirajanam

I offer Arati to our Mother whose laugh cools the burning in our

hearts. I offer Arati to our Mother whose eyes uplift us and fill us

with divine love.

Ajnapu andhakaranni tolaginche

ma talli palukulaku nirajanam

pasivariga mammu palinchi lalinchi

ma talli karamulaku nirajanam

I offer Arati to our Mother whose words drive away the darkness of

our ignorance. I offer Arati to our Mother whose hands caress and

console us as Her own children.

Param padaniki paryayamaina

ma talli padamulaku nirajanam

alasi solasina i jiviki ni

padamula chentane chottunivu

I offer Arati to our Mother whose feet lead us to the ultimate goal.

Mother, provide refuge at Your feet for this tired soul.

Jai Ma!
