Guest guest
Om Murthy Mantha and Friends: A note about mustard oil. Its governed by Mars and is fiery. Those with sensitive skin, hot temperaments and hypersensitive emotions would not benefit from using mustard oil. For persons with these conditions, its best to use olive oil, sandal oil or almond oil.
