Currently i am on "Enigmas in Astrology." On page 104 last paragraph, it says that "Debiliated 9th or 10th lord under rahu-ketu axis can produce a deceptive or a cheat." It furthur adds, "if 10th lord is afflicted what you have is egomaniacal failure." I have the same combination in my horoscope. My 10th lord (mars) is debiliated in 6th house (debiliated and then weak because of position). Along with this it is on Rahu-Ketu axis (6/12 axis). To add furthur on this, Mars is debiliated in Navmasha too. To add more in this, i have 4 debiliated planets in D 10. It appears to me that either i am going to be handicacpped (and hence out of profession) or being sent to prison (hence out of profession) for rest of my life. I would like to have insights on this. I have not read the book called "Enigmas in Astrology." Nor I have occasion to test the principals mentioned therein. But I see some other principals applicable to your chart. Those mean you should be a saint. Look your AL ( arudh lagna )is in Aries. Benefic are placed in III and Six from it. Saturn too is with Jup and Venus but Sat is lagnesh. Heart (emotional Label) is represented by IV th and has aspect of Jup .Its Lord Venus is with Jupiter. Now a valid question one must ask from himself is do you find results happening as feared by you in relation to being egomaniacal or cheat. Secondly. A principal is good for test and then for application if found working But as you might have noticed in Chart each house is related to other and without multiplicity of similar indications /occurrences nothing should be considered manifesting from charts we read.
