hi tanya

 

a strict candida-type diet to reduce phlegm (kapha) and enhance

digestion (agni) should go a long way to help your symptoms: no

dairy, flour, sugar, or fermented foods

 

herbs including trikatu, barberry, echinacea, neem, pau d'arco, and

garlic are all helpful

 

also, try infusing phlegm reducing essential oils overnight, such as

fir, pine, eucalyptus, black pepper and other pungent/balsamic

scented oils

 

lastly, consider the mold in your environment - there may be toxic

mold species in between walls, underneath subfloors etc etc - many of

these species release toxic spores into the environment that cause

chronic health issues
