Guest guest
Deven, forgot to mention that general rule of thumb for achieving good results from mantra or sadhana is when these are performed during the "hour" of "Brahma Muhurta" (before sunrise), no matter what day it is, festival day or ordinary normal day. To understand more about Brahma Muhurta, pls type these 2 words in search engine and you will find relevant info. You can either follow this general rule of thumb or follow the times set by temples in America for worship during Deepavali (Diwali). Temples select auspicious hours to perform certain worship ceremonies.
