I really appreciate it. In the case of first marriage, I made good amount of money right after we separated. I've been told before also what u stated, that my wife would bring fortune for me financially. My ex-wife was from a reasonably well to do family but not very affluent. It was of no importance to me then and even now. Dowry can never be in my scheme of things as I'm totally against taking others' money. If possible, I would rather give money to others. For me spiritual pursuit is more important and that's why I haven't worked much since January, 2003 except for almost a year between now and that time. That is also the reason I have not considered second marriage so far even though I have been divorced for many years now. Since you are saying second marriage is inevitable, I would like to know if my second wife would be spiritual or spiritually inclined or not and whether second marriage would help me progress spiritually or not. If you could say anything more about her, that would be great. I hope that I really can make some nice progress during the Guru mahadasa that begins in approximately 3 years from now. Going back to the first marriage, it didn't work from the beginning. I had forgotten to laugh during that period. The time frames you mentioned may have been the most difficult, I don't remember for sure as for me it was a constant struggle internally. But perhaps you are right about it. on 10-8-06, wife of my father's brother passed away so that fits your prediction about trouble to my paternal side. Wow! The last couple of years have been proving to be difficult for me in all areas of life. Maybe due to Shani's Sade-sati? I hope by the end of this period, I progress spiritually and become karmically lighter even though I may suffer otherwise.
