The service should be honored…………….……….. We must be enthusiastic. We must be running for devotional service. When we are asked to do something, we shouldn’t be asking, "Why are you asking me? Why not somebody else? Why doesn’t he do it?" It should be honored. We should be grateful. We should be begging for service. A foolish devotee is afraid to come to the temple because he is afraid that they might give him something to do. A devotee should be begging, "Krishna, please give me service. There is not enough time in the day to serve my spiritual master. What can I do? Where can I do? How can I do it?" Every moment is an opportunity to encourage a Vaishnava to assist another devotee in his service to do something for my Gurudev. This is enthusiasm.
