Guest guest
Om Namah Shivaya! Pranaams to all. I'd like to share a couple of meditation techniques that you might find useful: * Visualize Amma's physical form clad in a white sari. From far all you see is a white cloud - the white cloud of Supreme Consciousness. Imagine that you enter that white cloud. Once inside you see the white cloud all around you - above, below, left, right, everywhere you are surrounded by the white cloud of Supreme Consciousness. Now, as you breathe in imagine that each breath comes from each part of your body. For example, imagine that the breath that enters your nostrils comes from your legs and then the next breath from your belly and then the next breath from your chest and so on. Complete this round of breaths by traversing all parts of your body. In the next round, when you breathe in from a particular part of the body imagine that, that part of the body has become or dissolved into the white cloud. For example when you breathe in from your legs imagine that the legs have turned in to the white cloud. And breathe in from that white cloud. Repeat this for each part of the body imagining that each part has become or dissolved into the white cloud. At the end of this round imagine that even the very nostrils through which you breathe in has turned in to the white cloud. You feel that there is nothing or no one to breathe in and out. All that exists is the white cloud of Supreme Consciousness. This might give you the feeling that you have merged in Supreme Consciousness or Amma. Enjoy this bliss as long as you want. You can do this meditation in 1 minute or as slow as you desire. * Like the above technique you can do this meditation any where. As you breathe in imagine that you are breathing in with Amma and as you breathe out imagine that you are breathing out with Amma. Repeat this as long as you want. This could give you the feeling that you are "entrained" or "in sync" or always connected with Amma. May Amma bless all. Prostrations at Amma's lotus feet.
