Interesting chart with Four planets exalted

This is with reference to my friend's daughter who has the following

birth details.

 

Born on April 26, 2003

Longitude 174.46 E

Latitude 36.52 S

 

She has 4 major planets exalted in her horoscope. If her time of

birth is correct then the lagna is Cancer. But the lagna changes to

Leo in just 3 miniutes. what would be the correct one? Therefore is

it better to rectify the birth time? Will she be very great when she

becomes an adult?

 

And another question is what is the effect if exalted planets aspect

each other as in this case Jupiter and Mars aspecting mutually from

their exaltation positions?

 

And another question is whether a planet is really exalted only if

it is very close to or at the exact exaltation degree? Or if the

planets are in the exalted sign then it is sufficient to be

considered as exalted?
