Guest guest
Om Namah Shivaya, Does anyone know how to get the videos on amritapuri.org to play? I just get a big question mark when I try to play them. Help! love, Prajna
Guest guest
Install the Apple Quicktime plugin for your browser. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html for quicktime + plugins. Guest guest
I haven't read all the posts in this thread, but just recently this problem was addressed by local devotees. Go to <http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/> and click on "Download Firefox." After you have downloaded this, you need to open the Firefox browser and type amritapuri.org into the address line. The videos from Amritapuri will play on this. I've already watched the mud seva video on this link, so I know it works. Guest guest
I'm sorry it has nothing to do with browser(though I recommend Firefox since it is faster and less prone to hacks/viruses) - you need Quicktime plugin either way - IE or Firefox because these videos are quicktime movies. The problem could be slow connection. Please make sure you have Apple Quicktime installed first. If you have slow connection(Dial-up) you can disable Instant-On in the player. Please open Quicktime player, go to Quicktime preferences and uncheck "Enable Instant-On". Let me know if that helps.
