Guest guest
dear advisors, i am a comon "sansari" man having faith in dharma and god. doing my pooja archana without much knowing gopod or bed. since last one month i am suffering with arthrities and as per doctors advice, resting at home without doing much of the work. as my knee gets swalan bedly if i work much. that is why i have decided to observe fasting, as it may help me as a spiritual healing and also it may help me reducing my weight. in this navaratri, i have decided to observe a fast for nine days and i eat once in the night after doing my pooja in the night. today is the forth day and i am hoping for all the nine days fasting if maa durga allows me. noe, i have some questioins: when should i end my fast - on dashera or on the next day to dashera? what should i do for ending my fast? whatever it is, i have to do myself, because i am styaing with some other people in USA, and my family is in india. and i dont know anything. is there any special instructions for me? hoping for the advices before Dashera. meanwhile BEST WISHES FOR NAVARATRA AND DASHERA. Guest guest
Namo Narayana Ashwin, Modern Medicine has excellent therapeutic solutions available for chronic arthritis, in recent times molecules like Glucosamine & Diacerin are excellent disease modifying agents which reverse the degenration of cartilage. Where exactly you are located in US, what's your age & have you suffered from any injuries to your knee prior to this episode. You can break your fast on Ashtami, my friend what you need is excellent medical care. Do you feel you have taken expert medical advise. The Divine Mother is always with you, I have given your name for a free yet very powerful healing prayer at Self Realization Fellowship.
