If you are referring Memo cap of "Capro labs" company it contain the following ingredients: Ficus bangalensis 30 mg,Celastrus paniculatus,Acorus calamus,Evolvulus alsinoides,Ipomea sepiara,Ocimum sanctum,Crocus sativa,Lubunga seadense,Gymnema balsamicum,Pterocarpus santalinus, each 20 mg,Emblica offcinalis,Spheranthus microcephalus,Convolvulus pluricalis,Nelumbium speciosum each 10 mg Indications:Poor memory,Lack of or poor concentration,Mental fatigue and sliggishness,Nervous debility and insomnia,Emotional upset, Depression... The above combination of drugs looks quite appropriate for the listed indications.. where as alone 'Ashwagandha fairly benificial in Insomnia cases and to be used in the form of powder at the dose 1 spoon with ghee followed by a cup of warm sweetened cow milk, or in the form of "Kshreerapak".
