If thats Pune in Brazil then:

 

Shukra in Lagna so we should use Vimshottari.

 

Lagna is more occupied so Lagna-Vimshottari.

 

 

We should see on Guru, Mars, Sani, Surya, Rahu & Chandra.

In rasi most potent are : Chandra, Sani and Mars.

If we consider - Jup-Moon Period, I feel that time transit Rahu will

be in 5th House. Will that be a Good Period?
