RE: Self-Control 21

Om Namah Sivaya

God will tell us everything. Let us not worry about anything.

Now all of us are doing yoga. Karma Yoga is selfless action. Siva Yoga is action for the Lord. Yoga means concentration of mind. By doing Bhakti Yoga all the other three Yogas will come.

Learn to remain silent. If you try to stop, it will only become more active. It is not necessary to stop it. You must ask it - "Where are you going?" But see that you do not leave your seat.

If you remain summa (i.e. still) without working, the mind will become impure. But the summa of jnanis is different.

your postings have always been good..but it is high time, when

you drop this intellectual baggage & rest in the still mind..come

out of this mind game & coloring..reading, ideasations, concepts

lead no where..

reading others experience does not show the path..one has to rest in

the heart & from the stillness the doors open up..

my sincere prayers to ma kali to shower the grace on you to come out

of it..to lead you to lord shiva..

with too much learning, it will be very difficult to un-learn..so

drop reading..just BE..
