FRESH POLL PLEASE ON WEEK DAYS 19/9

Dear ashutosh,Tanvir,

 

I had on several threads said ashutosh with his experience in 4 sites

as moderator will do well and have also VOTED for him in the POLL in

1st 12 itself blindly as Iagreed with hte mail he said on the ban fully.

 

and then after VOTIN only saw the structure seems pretty badly done

considering the need for poll came as it was challanged by some [even

at that time ashutosh will likely use his experience well end need

not fear].

 

I will prefer havig a fresh poll not on a WEEK END as Ashutosh ji has

said several times in week ends there is poor mails in JR.

 

next the questions can be put like this (i have done ia post on RR's

thread a sa elderly man in the site).

 

1. I want a ban on Bhaskar y/n

2. suspend him for a month or 3 y/n

3. want a moderator to keep site to good standards y/n

4. want Ashutosh as moderator (here only reason i may want is as he is

a proclaimed atheist- others who have questioned him on commercial plank)

5. Pt arjun as a religious person so can be joint or sole as the owner

can choose. (please see i had also target him in a post on god men) so

i am only suggesting what the public feel.

 

6. any other who can be slected by the Owner from his experience

 

we can have 2 moderators or more is my earnerst feeling

 

right now it is unfair to see at any stage that the moderater is set

to win a rigged election with 41+12 for him and 27 against him the

trend can only increase and if the dissatisfaction continues can make

many leave the group which will defeat the objectives of the poll and

site itself, whom will he finally moderate the ones saying we r

leaving it seems a trickle early now seems to be a flow reading the

unsubscire me mails.

Dear Prshant Ji

 

I am always in favour of democracy. If you watch the poll carefully,

iot is configured to have all the options a member might have about

the issue. That it has 3 options in my favour out of 4 is just a

wrong idea, I think cunnigly put forward by Arjun Ji. Each option

has three parts and combining these three decisions the total pole

is made. Please see the poll again. I have just did not put complex

options like suspending for three months etc. because we can take

the compound decision later based on this first pole. Also, having

two moderators will rather increase the conflict because they will

often have differences of opinions. What to do then? I think RR Ji

suggested that it actually means three (including me) but then if I

really had time for moderation then another moderator was not ever

needed. So adding another moderator just means more conflicts. And I

was glad by Arjin ji's proposal about moderator (The syle he

proposed, like no banning and only warning) but his recent posts

gave me a complete new impression about him. Making him a moderator

is perhaps the last thing I'd do.

 

If ANY OF YOU want to create another poll then he is always welcome.

Members in the past too have created polls for different issues.

Dear Tanvirji,

 

I Thank you for responding and quickly too I agree with the overall

contnets you have expressed

 

but let me see [loud thinking]

 

when 2 moderators are there and a conflict arises

 

THEH ALONE U STEP IN SAY LIKE A SPEAKERS VOTE in parliment and do

what u feel is right as the boss.

 

about arjun-ji i have had many mails arguing with him too, but in a

way related to subjects.

 

AS OF NOW HE IS THE ONLY ONE HERE AS I KNOW VERSED IN SHASTRAS,PURANAS

so can give him the job as the 2nd one may be u can see how the trend

runs and if it doesn't work or they fail to deliver you can revert

back to one moderator

 

or even better ask readers to vote/rate them.

 

I feel we need a rating system for all astrologers here too this i say

as a feed back to correct ourselves than gloat on it. we may be doing

a marathon job but numbers/stats are always misleading we will like a

democratic/market style rating say as eBay does for its selling

members this will keep the professional astrologers in check

 

also members who flout the rules say on language or heat or biased,

perrverted mails can be given a coler code like in foot ball the color

cards and as it flashes we know we must MEND our ways or be prepared

to be axed.

 

I like your style so far and I know u can do a good job as u have done

so far, I have no particular for anyone as I am a member here sicne

Jan this yr others are senior ehre and u can choose the ones u feel if

not either of them

 

I WROTE THIS REQUEST/SUGGESTIVE MAIL ONLY AFTER SEEING THE POSTS OF

SMMBERS WHO ARE GAINST BOTH ASHUTOSH AND ARJUN.

 

IF ASHUTOSH is there as a Nastik in Jyotish rmemedies I feel a counter

weight of Arjun can help no other reason and as said I don't know

anyone else, in case Rishi-ji or Tatvasai-ji are good in such fields

and if they are willing u can try them as well I assume they r senuior

members here.

 

as far as me I said i can't consider even if offered still i can share

my limited 26 yr experience in astrology to shape future astrologers

more. As I have a big costruction job onhad for yr.
