Resolving the Ayanamsha-Astroresearch no 7

Om Sri gurave Namah!

Dear All,

Ayanamsa, 7 values ( Lahiri, BV Raman, KP, Sri Yukateshwar, Fagen, Usha-Shashi, Deva-Datta, 8th one from Mr krusna jee, please add if more are available.

following are precession values for most common ayanamsa's used

 

Lahiri - 50.2719sec

BV Raman - 50.33 sec

KP - 50.2388475 sec

Fagen Bradley - 50.25 sec

Yukateshwar - 53.9906 sec

Krushnas ayanmasa- 50.96( 1900-2000) 51 sec(2000-2100)

And there is difference in starting point also it varies from 221 to 499 AD

The result after using Lahiri and Raman is jupiter is placed in a different tara and dasa times are advanced by nearly 2 years, this is true for few charts I have checked.

One planet is strong with Lahiri and with Raman it is weak or vice versa.

Just for experimentation, tropical ayanamsa 0.00, if used gives totally a different picture, but looks good as far as actual persons life and projection from chart is concerned.

Any comments? respected guru's!! I would like to know what is written about ayanamsa in classics please.

You are right, Tarun chopra, and it is claimed to be the most accurate one, though I have not checked yet.

I have more;

Cheiro, P.S.Ray, .K.Karegat,Sepharial,Aryabhatta,Parasara,Varahamihira,

Surya siddhanta, Bhaskara.( All values are different)
