Guest guest
Yes, Has anyone been to Detroit, or live there? Are there shuttle services from the airport to the hotel or any hotel, as we do not yet know which hotel? Any kind, either pay or complimentary. Guest guest
Has something been announced about possible hotel locations? Tentative dates are Nov. 26-30. There are definitely hotel shuttles. on 9/18/06 11:56 AM, Stacee Kramer at stacee.kramer (AT) sbcglobal (DOT) net wrote: > > > > > Yes, > > Has anyone been to Detroit, or live there? Guest guest
Sorry, I was getting ahead of myself here. There are only tentative dates as of yet....but I wanted to know in general what the shuttle situation has been in the past. And it may be at the same location that it was last year...so just asking if anyone knows this info. Guest guest
Last year during the Michigan retreat (which was in Deerborn, or Dearborne, I forget the spelling), there were two hotels, one which hosted the retreat, and another one for the Devi Bhava, but they were right next to eachother AND had a nice shuttle bus going all the time. My experience on tour with Amma is that there are always devotees who kindly take up the seva of driving around to the local hotels to offer rides. Esp. in San Ramon, but also in other cities. I wouldn't worry too much about getting around. love, Prajna

But I thought Ammachi's program was held at Ypsilanti.
