Guest guest
Nikhil, the answers to both questions is "Yes". With 14 mukh, devotees who use and wear it, have different experiences, each according to their own dharma and karmas. Most do not share their experiences becos its sacred to them. Being Deva Mani, 14 mukh can confer many different things and experiences, depending on what the person wishes to achieve. If one wants detachment and looking inwards and meditates on this with 14 mukh, then with continued practice and devotion, a person can achieve these.
