Mala Golden Yellow

Hello Narasimhaye and everybody,

I had the same experience. With my java mala, it made yellow stains

even on my shirt. It took a few washes to have them totally come out.

I ordered a new mala from Ms. Neeta. They are Nepal. But when I put

it in water, it did not turn yellow. The water turned pink. What is

the cause of this?

Also before despatch, after blessing, does Rudra Centre wash the

rudrakshas well that's why a few may have some trace of the

blessings and the others are totally clean?

Ana, some priests use yellow or saffron colored puja blessing powder

like Asthagandha and others may use kum kum in various shades of

red, darkest pink, darkest magenta, etc.

Your Nepal mala was obviously blessed with kum kum, hence the pink

when you put it in water.

Traces of blessing powder are always left in malas after blessing

consecrations so the wearer can reap the good vibes upon wearing.

I'd rather wash a shirt 108 times than not have any trace of

blessing powder upon receiving and wearing a new mala :))))) No

kidding.

Ommmmmm
