hello I have been interested in vedic for so many yrs I just believe

that this is the way to go and be more accurate along with western

combined as well, my question to the qroup is this.

My mother died oct 27th 1999 at 6.10 am in biloxi miss, however

she had to go through and extensive surgical proceedure of the heart

in which she developed complications way to long but she came

through it like a trooper after 2 months of recovery. My mother

had this done in new orleans la. on the night of sept 23rd 1999 her

ICU nurse left my mother untied as she heard us kids talking to one

of her doctors that day to see how she was doing and he was part of

the surgical team that did her surgery but, while we were in there

the doctor told us you mother would be able to be home with us in 6

weeks as all she had to do was have throat therapy as she had a trak

in her at this time well she made it through we were all so happy

after talking to the doctor as he was making his rounds in ICU. We

left came home back to ocean springs miss. and got a call that we

must return as the ICU nurse left my mother unattended and

unrestrained went to the pharmacy hospital and thats when the night

mere happened she rang for help as her tube came loose and she

called for her nurse a ICU nurse but no response so my mother was

witht out any air for at the most 8 minutes and the doctor who was

on call and also happened to be one of the surgons on mother kept

hearing the bell go off so he ran in to her room and found mother

purple and she had flatlined so he began steving her by ways of

having to crush her chest open again and start compressions he got

her back to life only to never remain the same and she died 5 weeks

later oct 27th 1999 all because of her icu nurse said she heard the

doctor tell us mother was doing fine and we were to have her home in

6 weeks after her throat theraphy so, the nurse felt sorry for my

mother so she untied her for a few minutes while she had to ran to

the pharmacy. well anyway I lost my father 3 months later and my

baby brother a yr after that and have to find a new lawyer as my

only brother sibling lefted our now in a dispute because he cheated

me out of my parents will I did regain my heriship to the Mac fadden

family again but I also had to see a psyhologist and tell him my

life story as I couldnt even eat after I lost my mother then my

father but my mothers lawyer wanted to see my psycholical review for

the pannel to see just how this affected me well I guess I said some

pretty damiging things in my report about my older sibling whom i am

taking to court on nov 16th to settle this once and for all but the

other lawsuite with my mother found out that what I said about my

brother and told the lawyer he had to back out of the case as he

could not represent me or my brother at the same time now as we are

going to court over other issues and we are considered enemies so

the lawyer back down and out and told each and everyone of us we had

to get seperate lawyers as he could not represent us both any more

so now that mother has passed and dad too. I have found myself in a

big problem as I can not find a lawyer in new orleans la. and even

out of the state to help me so I had to be in court on sept 8th with

me and my fiance as the judge was going to drop the case I said no I

dont want it dropped I want to continue and so she gave me up until

oct 20th to come up with a new lawyer or I would have to represent

my self so now I find my self having to do just that as I still cant

find a lawyer so my fiance is going to act as a lawyer on my behalf

and go against the hospital lawyers on oct 20th ,

 

question: will I win the case on my own with my fiance acting as a

lawyer on my behalf

 

please help answer this very

important question as this has been going on since 2000
