Natural mercury detoxification methods.

One of the holistic/ayurvedic practitioners in the US, Dr Gabriel Cousens, has a lot of experience with mercury detox protocols. He recently commented on his radio show that his clinical experience has shown, that with a lot of these various natural chelators, some of them do move the mercury out of the brain quite effectively, but often incompletely and can thereby dump the mercury in other organs/tissues, especially the kidneys can be seriously damaged. Cousens recently began testing the NCD zeolite from Waiora with some remarkable results. I also read that two new university studies are supposedly coming out soon to be published in peer reviewed journals. If that's the case, I begin to wonder more and more about the potential of this stuff ... ( whats your current view?)

Also, there must have been some effective detox protocols in alchemical post-ayurvedic medicine connected with manufacturing heavy metal bhasmas?
