Guest guest
Folks I have the data of Gordon Brown that was passed on to me by a famous Western Astrologer (British) last year. I believe we discussed his chart here in the list also. There was a lenght discussion of some yogas in his chart (venus exalted in lagna). Last year (July 2005) I predicted that he will get he PM position in december 2006. Still maintaining the same. Blair will handover the power to Mr. Brown sooner rather than later. In vimoshottari he has a dasa chidra in April 2007. But I am expecting him to get the PM post before this. I have used vimshottari, chara and shodashottary and yogini dasa. He is running an excellent Moon-Mercury in shodashottary dasa system. Manjunath Sharma
Guest guest
Dear shri Manjunath Yes do remember the discussions and your prediction.Based on the data provided by you,i had understood and posted as pasted below( in october 2005). K.N.Raoji has written an article in his site pointing to Mars dasha as a possible period. -------------------------- /message/9104 Dear Manjunath ji and respected members I personally feel MO/VE which will run until the end of 2006,will definitely give him a Big boost towards the top post. Mo/SUN and the next dasha of Mars(Yogakaraka from Moon and 9th lord from lagna plus navamsha for 10th lord) confirms this promise. Current transit period has two draw backs - 1)Jupiter in 4th from moon(can deny or throw one away). This is also 8th from natal lagna. 2)Janma shani. During jupiters next transit over 9th from his lagna and 5th from Moon - Chances for rise towards top post(Succeeding Blair) will get Boosted. Pradeep , "M. Guest guest
Dear Manjunath, It is interesting watching the tenacious grip of Tony Blair being loosened over this past year. His wife Cherie took a lot of criticism for her profiteering and posing as a 'first lady' a title many would say belongs only to the Queen. Cherie was castigated again for bringing expensive items into the country for which she seemingly had not paid tax. More recently articles in papers pointed to how Cherie was inappropriately using government officials to bolster her own campaigns and pet projects, then just when we thought it couldn't get any worse the Rahu period saw the uncovering of the loans for peerages scandal which could mean that we shortly see Tony being interviewed by police as to his role in persuading wealthy entrepreneurs into parting with cash to fund the Labour party, now millions of pounds in debt, in exchange for being given high office as peers of the realm in the House of Lords. This latter spectacle seems to have been relegated to back seat or low priority reporting due to the latest scandal of junior ministers resigning their post however. The resignations are humorous to say the least for while Blair believes anything goes in terms of holding onto power, he seems to have a rebellious group who are tired of his antics and policies. I knew this conference today with the trade unions would be an interesting event, but Tony still managed to hammer out life and universe platitudes as he wants everyone to see them, even while delegates were heckling him or walking out. Surely another of his most humiliating days, but he has survived it. How much more can he take though, and will he finally be interrogated by police over the loans for peerages scandal when he returns from Israel? It will be the first time ever that a PM has been interviewed by police over such a scandal. I do think Blair has the capacity to stay the course and ignore the fact that the country wants him out as soon as possible, after all, he can whiz off to some foreign country to get away from the pressure, so pouring more scorn and contempt on the electorate as he did when millions marched to London to protest about him taking the country to war. Margaret Thatcher exhibited the same thick skin and arrogance towards the end of her reign, but while the Tories found a way of ousting her, the Labour party seem to have run out of ideas and the means with which to finally defeat and depose the leader they all loathe so much!!! Personally I can't wait to see not necessarily 'when' but 'what' particular event exactly will bring about his final goodbye. - M. Guest guest
Dear Margaret There is saying in sanskrit: Vinasha kale vipareeta buddhi Loosely this means that people show/do some extreme things in intelligent ways (too much perfect planning leading to failures) without realizing that downfall is right around the corner. This case (Blair and Brown) will be an interesting astrological study to see when the actual power transfer happens. November onwards transits will help Mr. Brown as yo know. Guest guest
But Manjunath What is not good for me is that I cannot foresee what event is his ultimate downfall, surely this is what we should be seeing----not just when but what? Amusingly this week the ex home secretary Charles Clarke put his finger on what I saw in Brown's chart and that is a flaw (Clarkes words) or reticence/shyness ( my understanding) of the Chancellor in 'not' grasping for power. I think Brown is content to be Chancellor as he knows that holding the purse strings is far more powerful a position of control over others with less pressure, than gadding around the world and trying to be popular. I don't feel Gordon is interested in having the premiership position and Blair knows this, so the two work in tandem to hold onto the most powerful positions in the land due to complementary/co dependent needs.Contrast this to the last time around with Tories whose PM Thatcher was humiliated by her Chancellor who stood up in Parliament to say' dealing with the PM is akin to going to a cricket match where someone has already smashed the wickets' This totally brought about the end of Thatcher. Brown will not do this to Blair, so who will and how will it happen is what we should be knowing in our understanding of the planetary revolutions. I have not studied Blair's chart in depth, so cannot comment on which event will shape his ultimate downfall, does anyone on the list have a theory as to what form or shape his nemesis might take?
