From what I have read, a diet that is acidic will have a higher chance to conceive a girl. Is that scienifically proven? Will this kind of diet affected one's dosha? Guest guest Posted September 14, 2006 Report Share Posted September 14, 2006 Years ago we read an article about this - the fact that female producing sperm survive for up to 6 days means that you have intercourse up to 6 days prior to ovulation and then stop - this gave my then husband his first daughter after 5 boys - but you need to firmly establish when ovulation occurs which as you probably know is related to 6 a.m. temperature of the woman - you need to espablish when this occurs before you try this method, but it certainly works.
