Guest guest
Om Amriteswari Namah Ammachi, please guide and bless us as we open our hearts to the teaching of the Sri Guru Gita. Divine Mother, stand with us, as we grow in our Selves and as we continue to open our hearts and our minds to your Love and Light. Amma, show us how to share your inspiration and your Love for us with the World. We dedicate our study today to Peace on this Earth, and to healing the hearts of humankind. Guru Gita Study Session 10 Verse 43. The Lord Said: Salutations to the Guru whose lotus feet eradicate the agony of dualities, who protects from all misfortune and calamities. Verse 44. If Lord Shiva becomes angry the Guru can save you, but if the Guru becomes angry, even Shiva cannot save you. Therefore, with all efforts take refuge in the Guru. Verse 45. I salute the feet of the Guru which are beyond the grasp of speech, mind and senses, invested with white and red lustre, representing Shiva and Shakti. Verse 46. The syllable 'Gu' denotes that which transcend qualities, while 'Ru', that which transcends form. The Guru is One who makes one realize that which is beyond attribute and form. Verse 47. O Dear One! The Guru is Shiva, the witness of all, although he is without three eyes. He is Vishnu, although he is without four arms. He does not have four faces, yet he is Brahma. This is what the Scriptures say. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Om Lokah samastah sukino bhavantu Lokah samastah sukino bhavantu Lokah samastah sukino bhavantu Om santih, santih, santih Om sri gurubhyo namah hari om ~Om, may all beings in all the worlds be happy.
