Guest guest
How do we know that we experience Power or help the World by observing just-a-minute of Silence? After Lunch or Early morning or while doing something boring or when we find it very difficult to concentrate – when we feel drowsy or sleepiness, just for a second – not even a minute, if we stop our thoughts, immediately we will feel fresh and alert .And the state of mind we achieve by stopping of thoughts is called as a state of Observer, Behad ki vairagy, Detachment, Vanprasth avastha, Light and Might, Loving and Detached, Connection with Supreme Power, Connected to God……….. If we maintain this state of mind throughout the day or if we can extend the time from one minute to more, day by day, 1) we will feel more energetic with a Clear Intellect, 2) No more sorrows or worries in our mind even if situation make us feel worried, 3) We would experience a Universal Intellect, always alert and happy having Good feelings and Good wishes towards others 4) We will face all situations with so much confidence 5) We will feel more powerful and more……………. please keep adding based on your individual experience of one minute or one second of silence………………………. Listen In Only when we find the quietness in our own minds can we begin to hear our inner teacher, so that we may receive some in-tuition. Only when we are ready to recognise and value the wisdom that we carry at the core of our being will we turn our attention inwards and 'listen in'. But it's been a long time since we truly listened, so a little practice and patience will be needed. Sit down, be quiet and listen in at some point today and you might be surprised at what you hear. Then do it again tomorrow. All you need to do is remember that you are the listener and not the noise. Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1¢/min.
