Guest guest
Nikhil, thanks for sharing There are some grains of truth in what you wrote. Hence worship of certain deities and chanting of associated mantras are best guided by a guru, swami or sadhu willing to take on the individual. By doing so, a guru, swami, sadhu or other holy person first has to give the person Nama Diksha, then Mantra Diksha, which usually commences with Saguna Mantra (God/dess Form Realization), before proceeding further. This is one of the responsibilities of a true guru who himself/herself had realized or been initiated by relevant Classical Orders of India and gone through all the rites to the level of at least Poona Sanyas. I can assure you there are many competent gurus and swamis in India who are able to initiate and guide a person along but only if they feel it is right to do so. By taking on a chela, a guru also absolves the chela's karmas...... It is no light decision. This is why some people are turned away from ashrams. That said, there are individuals who posses past life samskaras that enable them to remove the "nails" without realizing it, when they chant mantras or worship deities such as Chinnamasta & Bala Tripura Sundari, etc. The 10 MahaVidyas are actually accessible to all who possess sheer bhakti. For difficult mantras with "nails", Pure Bhakti have the power to remove those "nails". With all due respect, do not believe everything you read. Most writers sometimes just do research to put a book together without having been actually initiated themselves in a Classical Order or under the tutelage of a guru. Please analyze for yourself when reading certain books Ommmmmm , Nikhil V <nikhil_v23 wrote: > > Dear All, > > I am not an expert in Tantra, not even an amateur.
