Guest guest
Dear Members, The book which i mentioned in the earlier post,if one reads the preface, he would also find reference to Bhishmaparva from Mahabharata , for ex Bhishma Parva Chapter 2,verse 32, says - "Rohinim Pidayannesha Sthito Rajan Sanischara, Vyavrittam Lakshma Somasya Bhavishyati mahadhbhayam " Translated- O King, the planet Sani opposes Rhini. The sign of the deer in the Moon has shifted from its position. A great evil is foreboded by all this. You will be surprised to know who quoted the conversion . None other than Cheiro, the world famous palmist. Plus there are many other references to denote that basically in ancient vedic times astronomy and astrology were a integral part of each other and Nakshatra based. regards, Bhaskar.
