Got it, Sir. Practical problem would be in getting exact moment of

death (critically important like birth time and even more vaguely

perceived in many cases and even more imprecisely documented due to

the circumstances and state of mind of survivors, etc.). Houck may

have some data. I am not sure but another source could be records for

individuals who are given death sentence and killed by lethal

injections (the counterpart of caesarean births, I suppose).

 

Just some thoughts, shared in a helpful spirit, Sir! Nothing more!!
