Guest guest
Dear Pandit Tata, Namaste!!! Using your logic I can charge for diamonds or gems ANY price I like, even one billion dollors. Yes, you have the right to OVER CHARGE, but the clients have the right to say NO! Although there is a sucker born every minute. I'm still wondering what those BIG UGLY SCARS ARE ON BOTH your polished shanks? Is that glue? It looks like glue or resin. When you started in this group you had been selling lightning whelk as Lakshmi Shank, but now you have become over-night expert!? Why not take the MIDDLE PATH, not too expensive, not too cheap. But if Chandrashekar (your guru) is over charging, and you are just a broker, then I guess you have nothing to lose. Guest guest
Respected Shri. Richard ji, I am not a Guru of Mr. Pandit S. P. Tata. Basically, I am a biotechnologist. I did my M.Sc., Ph.D. from the Poona University, India (1975 and 1982) in the field of Entomogenous Fungi (Insect killing fungi as biocontrol agents). I did my post doctoral research at Wye College, Wye, Near Ashford, Kent, TN 25 5AH, England in 1991 and 1994 on the British Council Fellowship. I have a US Patent No. 5750401 granted by the US Patent Office on 12 May 1998. The patent is in the field of bamboo biotechnology. I also have research papers in the field of Mycology and Plant biotechnology. My present research interest is sinistral varieties under the genus Turbinella. This is a personal self financed research. I will be publishing few research papers on this subject and I am in touch with malacologists from abroad. The Valampuri weighing 45 gms. displayed on Shri. Tata's website does not belong to me. I am ready to show my master collection of Valampuries, if you have any friend or representative in India. Thanking you and with personal regards, Chandrashekhar Phadke Richard Shaw-Brown <rsbj66 > wrote: Dear Pandit Tata, Namaste!!! Guest guest
Dear Chandrashekar, Namaste!!! It sounds funny for a person to say, "I'm not guru", and then go on to list "I did my M.Sc., Ph.D. from the Poona University, India (1975 and 1982) in the field of Entomogenous Fungi (Insect killing fungi as biocontrol agents). I did my post doctoral research at Wye College, Wye, Near Ashford, Kent, TN 25 5AH, England in 1991 and 1994 on the British Council Fellowship." ---That sounds like a guru to me. But you must be aware that there are people who have spoken and written against you and accuse you of being a phony. On the wall of my showroom are all my GIA Diplomas. I would expect the same of other qualified people. Personally I believe you, and appreciate your input. I look forward to your research paper on Valampuri.
