Guest guest
http://www.mercola.com/2006/sep/7/the_expert_are_wrong_about_raw_milk.htm Excerpt : (Please read Dr Mercola's Comments in the link) Raw (unpasteurized) milk could reduce children's risk of suffering from conditions such as eczema and hay fever. A new study investigating why children raised on farms have fewer allergies than those raised in cities has shown that just two glasses each week reduced a child's chances of developing eczema by almost 40 percent and hay fever by 10 percent. Raw milk is thought to contain bacteria that helps to prime your immune system. However, unpasteurized milk is also thought to be a source of potentially bad bacteria as well, so its sale has been banned in many countries. Guest guest
I would think everyone in this group already knows that milk should be boiled. Certainly ultra-pasteurized milk is no good. Homogenized milk is also no good. But fresh milk from a healthy cow that has been prepared according to ayurveda is better than plain raw milk. Mercola also recommends eating beef. He seems to be a follower of Weston Price. He has a lot to learn about Ayurveda. ___________---- > Raw (unpasteurized) milk could reduce children's risk of suffering from conditions such as eczema and hay fever.
