Those who know me personally, knows that my life is extremely busy every single day. Sleep and rest time are elusive luxuries for me. I'd be lucky to catch 4.5 hours sleep each nite. After that, its get up and go, go, go....... A million and one things to tackle everyday. If I manage to sit down for a cup of chai, its a luxury of 10 minutes.
