Guest guest
Dieties remind us of God’s presence by drinking milk MIL/AKRIPH, Aug 21, 2006. Mrs. Tripta Bhatia New Delhi, August 21,2006 - News first came from Barely that the Hindu deities were pleased to accept milk from the devotees and particularly Lord Krishna, Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesha and Lord Hanuman Ji were giving the privilege to their devotees to accept the milk from them physically. I was watching the news on TV Sahara channel, followed by India TV. My daughter Monica first tried to offer milk to Lord Krishna who she worships. The Lord drank the milk and Radha Ji also blessed her and consumed the milk from her. I tried my luck and Lord Krishna accepted the milk from me and then I asked my husband to offer milk to the Lord. My husband is also a devotee of Lord Vishnu, he offered the milk and the Lord accepted, no drop was fallen, we checked it minutely just because my husband is Doctor of Sciences with complete scientific background and he is also the Cosmo Theorist, well versed in the Cosmos and well known author. My husband does not believe blindly unless he is convinced. Then my daughter wanted to try the luck of her son Kush 10 month old child. My daughter through him offered milk to Lord Krishna, which the deity accepted. We have no doubt that it was a miracle. We got distant calls from other parts of India and abroad. They also tried and were lucky to experience that miracle. The people who went to Shiv Mandir nearby, told us this morning that the Lord had accepted the milk from them. They offered half a spoon, which the Deity accepted. There were certain people who were in fact throwing milk and not offering the milk with devotion. Their spoons were overfilled and thus the milk drops had fallen. Those devotees who gave milk with full devotion, there was no problem about it, and the Lord accepted it. At another Shiv Mandir, the Poojari told the devotees that the milk does not trickle down but it was due to negligence of the people who were offering in a rash manner. One person said the deity would not accept milk from every body. At Shiv Mandir near Bengali Market, pundit Bibhak Mishra claims that the idol of Sai Baba had a spoonful from his hands. "I learnt about the deities drinking milk from a couple, who had watched the news on television. The couple was a follower of lord Ganesha. They were publicly telling that Lord Ganesha had gulped down the milk in a single gulp. Some body bought a half liter milk packet and kept it in the temple for the convenience of all those who might want to try their luck throughout the night. Nationwide, thousands of devotees thronged temples across Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana and Punjab to watch idols of Goddess Durga and God Shiva drinking milk offered to them by devotees. Sahara TV crew visited one temple of Hanuman Ji. The Poojari threw a challenge on phone that he could prove that Hanuman Ji drinks milk. The Sahara TV crew with camera reached the temple and met the Poojari JI. The public watched the view, we watched the view, the crew watched the view, Lord Hanuman was drinking milk very clearly. The public said that the Lord had been drinking milk for the last three hours, and they proved beyond doubt. How could anyone say it was not a miracle even after verifying that? Only those can say no, who are opposed to the logic and do not apply brain, mind and eyes. The Sahara TV channel crew asked the Poojari ji to repeat the offering of milk to Lord Hanuman, which he did in their very presence again and again, there was no drop of milk fallen either on the body of the idol , nor on the ground. After thorough check to their satisfaction, the camera crew with anchor had no answer but to admit that was a God's miracle. They ended the news on that focus itself. The public of anti opinions had also no reply but were surprised to see the remarkable feat of Lord Hanuman. Even a small idol of Lord Krishna was shown drinking water so clearly on the TV channel that one shall have to admit that the miracle of God was very much there, and no sensible person could deny it. Those who think it is a matter of superstition are utterly wrong. I have seen lot of miracles in my life. We are highly educated family with scientific background; our children are well placed in United States, my husband has great spiritual expertise and sidhis, and we are well versed with such mysterious situations. To see these miracles, there should be a divine eye with logic, and those who have such a vision, can only know that these are the direct blessings of the Deities upon their devotees who exhibit reminders every now and then that the Universe, nature and life are not the matter of chance but some Supreme power is there to govern everything and some call it Intelligent Design. I will ask those people who deny such powers even after seeing them, Who has manufactured their body, all parts, figures, eyes, mind etc. they should first think that male and female are so biologically complete that it is a wonder within itself, a great miracle? To understand such miracles, one requires deep sense of strong wisdom and high sense of faithfulness. Even astrologically, those who lack faithfulness cannot realize such spiritual heights. As per Hindustan Times, In a rerun of similar incidents that took place across the country in 1995, a large number of people queued up outside temples in Mathura and nearby holy cities of Vrindavan and Govardhan, Vadodara, Kurukshetra and Ludhiana following claims that deities are taking milk offered to them. "A cup of milk was offered to Durga Ji in Rama Nand Ashram Goverdhan this evening and she was not only pleased but has drank all. It is a good omen and the future of the country is bright," noted saint Mahamandaleshwar Krishna Das Kanchan Maharaj said in Mathura. Apart from long queues of devotees, eager to offer milk at different temples were seen in Mathura, Vrindaban and Goverdhan. There are reports of deities accepting the offering at a few homes. http://internationalreporter.com/news/read.php?id=2093 Stay in the know. Pulse on the new .com. Check it out.
