Hello dilrajnagi,

As regarding your nabhi shifted problem, as Dr. Bhate suggested the simple experiments is very useful (that is called RECH in villagers Language.

One more excersise I, is

first check your nabhi , by inserting fingers in nabhi whether it is upward or downward. gently massage with warm oil on nabhi and surrounded part.

then lay down on mat , straigt your legs ,

fold your left leg from Knee & press , massgage from Knee to leg fingers .

apply the same thing for the right leg. then staright the both leg and Pull both leg thumb and pull middele finger.

Again fold both the legs.

Check the nabhi position. You can do daily till ur nabhi gets at proper position (center of nabhi, if that is at proper position, your fingers feel pulses).

As this experiment is easy, but I also recommend some medicine such as

1. Hingawastak churn (u can take with warm water/ eat like pickle with meal) take

with meal two times

2. Take Somya Virechana (Triphala, Isabgoal Bhusi, Small Harad churn etc ).

3. Add 2 tab spoon of Cow Ghee in your diat.
