Sadhesati, Panoti and Retrogression

I am studying the sadhesati Saturn period and I am a bit confused.

During the period of retrogression of Saturn where it moves back out

of natal moon rashi range, are the sadhesati characteristics in a

remission period before it goes back into the sadhesati rashi?

 

Also, I am looking at Panoti effects of this period and if Panoti is a

valid concept, would that imply that you must recalculate the rashi of

the Panoti moon when Saturn re-enters the sadhesati rashi range after

a retrograde period?
