Guest guest
Dear Sathya, Karlasarpa is a questionable yoga at best. In any case the yoga is not present in your chart. Guest guest
Thanks Wendy!! Could you please let me know the implications of four planets in the 12th house?. Moreover, there is Sun & Mars Parivartana(exchange). What will be its effects?. What are the general prospects for my chart?. Will there be spiritual growth for me in this lifetime?. Thanks, Sathya. jyotish-vidya, "Wendy Vasicek" <jyotish wrote: > > Dear Sathya, > > Karlasarpa is a questionable yoga at best. Guest guest
Dear Sathya, //Will there be spiritual growth for me in this lifetime?.// I'm sure in your heart of hearts you already know the answer to your question :-) With three of the four planets, including 4th moksha lord Jupiter, in 12th (moksha bhava) occupying nakshatra of Ketu whilst exalted 12th lord Sun also occupies Ketu's nakshatra in 8th (moksha bhava) the pull towards moksha is very strong. //Could you please let me know the implications of four planets in the 12th house?.// As I've tried to point out many times there's no 'ONE' rule that can accurately determine the effect of one (or many) planets in any particular house...every horoscope is unique! 12th is a strong moksha bhava and needs to be considered in conjunction with Sun (natural AtmaKaraka), MokshaKaraka Ketu and the other moksha lords... I'm sure you know yourself (with Ketu in 6th) that the road to moksha can be littered with obstacles. None-the-less your destiny is set towards this goal... My own son has four planets in 12th (including 12th lord Mars and Ketu). However his Sun (9th lord), in nakshatra of Rahu, is debilitated in 11th house of materialism, and, as we know, moksha is only one of the significations of 12th. Best Wishes, Mrs. Wendy http://JyotishVidya.com _____________________ - "sathya_dev_r" <sathya_dev_r (AT) (DOT) co.in> <jyotish-vidya> Friday, September 01, 2006 3:46 PM Re: implications of having four planetes in 12th house Thanks Wendy!! The malefic quality of the 11th house is greed as it is one of the three kama or desire houses (3, 7, 11). The Bhagavad Gita states: "Tri-vidham narakasyedam dvaram nasanam atmanah kamah, krodhas tatha lobhas tasmad etat trayam tyajet." Which translates as: "Desire, anger and greed - the triple gate of hell bring about the ruination of the soul. Therefore one should avoid all these three." Ch 16 verse 21 Desire, anger and greed are represented by the trishadaya houses 3, 6, and 11 respectively, which are opposite the most important houses for spiritual advancement: 9, 12 and 5 houses. Being the last of the trishadaya trio, the 11th house is the most powerful. "Every gain or success paves the way for another effort, as the more one gains, the more greedy one tends to be." _________________________ Dear Sathya, //Will there be spiritual growth for me in this lifetime?.// I'm sure in your heart of hearts you already know the answer to your question :-) With three of the four planets, including 4th moksha lord Jupiter, in 12th (moksha bhava) occupying nakshatra of Ketu whilst exalted 12th lord Sun also occupies Ketu's nakshatra in 8th (moksha bhava) the pull towards moksha is very strong. Guest guest
Thanks Wendy!! I have married my first cousin (maternal uncle's daughter). My parents were initially against this marriage because of the problems that arise due to consanguineous marriage(like deformed/handicapped or mentally retarded progeny). Is there any indication for such progeny in my chart?. If you need, I will send my wife's birth details also. Once again, I thank you for answering my questions. jyotish-vidya, "Wendy Vasicek" <jyotish wrote: > > PS: > > //My own son has four planets in 12th (including 12th lord Mars and Ketu). > However his Sun (9th lord), in nakshatra of Rahu, is debilitated in 11th > house of materialism, and, as we know, moksha is only one of the > significations of 12th.// > > The 11th lord is one of the three trishadaya lords 3, 6, 11, which > is an often overlooked category of houses.
