Guest guest
Om Shri Gurave Namah: Respected learned members of the Form, I am sorry to write that I posted an email to the spiritually high and august members of the form a picture of Lord Vishu resting on the bed of Sheshnang with Maa Lakshmi and lotus through umbilical with shlok Shantakaram Bhujang shayanam.....But non of the member replied. I was expecting reply at least from respected Sh.R.Dakshnamuraty and Sh.Mohanraam. But they also did not responded due to the reasons know to them. According to me, our classic symbols and pictures are icons of spiritual computer. they have hidden meanings. As I understand the above picture, it indicates that Lord Vishu is the controller and giver of results of our Karmas (Sheshnang. All the creation(Lotus through umbilical)is due to the Karma. All the material happiness (Lakshmi at feet) is the result of our Karma. It is the basis of the Universe (Vishva adharam. His colour has become bluish due to our bd Karmas. He is the controller of the material happiness (Lakshmi kantam)and is handsome. All yogi remembers Him. He is the remover of fear of the bhav sagar. This my undertanding. one is free to differ and guide me. with thanks and warm regards

Guest guest
Respected members of the form, I pay my respects to all of you whether you have replied or not. I posted the email in the beginning of August and did not received the reaction till August29. I gave my interpretation of the image and shloka.I am glad to receive the reaction from Respected Bhaskar, R.Dakshnamurty and Mohan ram who were keeping silence. I know that there is always difference of opinion among independent thinkers. Only due to the difference of opinion, there are so many commentaries on Gita available in the market. Dr.Radha krishanan, Ex-president of India and Sh.Madanmohan Malviya have also written their commentaries on Gita.one must read them. Secondly the interpretation depends on the socio-economical conditions of the society and the back ground, knowledge and status of the individual. The interpretation of an individual with family will be different from the interpretation of an sadhu of sanyasi.A poor hungry person will look at moon as loaf of bread, a poet will see face of his loved one and a astronomer will find pits and dust in the Moon.So difference of opinions are welcome. I am a lay man.I have not gone through religious classical books. As a doctor i find that when ever a snake blow venom on an individual, he become blue. So I have taken blue as the effect of malefic karmas not Infinite. As members of the form were keen interested to know the karma theory and type of karma so I drew their attention to the image/picture of Lord Vishu and the shloka in the context of Karma and get rid of malefic effect of karmas as a lay man. I have no disrespect for scripture and any one who ever he may be.
