Question about Parivartan Yoga

Dear fellow group members,

 

I have a question regarding parivartan yoga and the impact of

parivartan yoga if the planets is lord off one good and one bad

house.

 

Let me explain you the situation.

 

Chart has Leo lagna rising with Lagnesh Sun is with Jupiter (Lord of

5th & 8th) in 10th house and Jupiter is in parivartan yoga with

Venus (lord of 10th) in 8th.

 

So 8th lord exchanging house with 10th lord. However to make it more

complex, Venus is Exalted in Pisces.

 

Now my questions:

 

1) Is Jupiter a malefic/benefic for leo lagna?

2) Whats the consequences of Parivartan yoga being one good and

one bad house involved, but exalted planet.
