Divine Mother, stand with us, as we grow in our Selves and as we continue to open our hearts and our minds to your Love and Light. Amma, show us how to share your inspiration and your Love for us with the World. We dedicate our study today to Peace on this Earth, and to healing the hearts of humankind. Guru Gita Study Session 3 Verse 9. The Lord Said: The Guru is not different from the Self, from Consciousness. This is beyond doubt the Truth, the Absolute Truth. Hence a wise man/woman must seek his/her Guru. Verse 10. Owing to ignorance, the Universal Mother resides in the body as secret knowledge. She is revealed by Her own light through the words of the Guru. Verse 11. Through service at the feet of the Guru the embodied soul becomes purified and all its sins are washed away. It becomes one with the Supreme. I disclose this to you out of compassion. Verse 12.
