By applying the principles of Ayurveda, we foster a healthy mind and body, allowing us to facilitate the deeper spiritual insight of ancient Indian knowledge. Ayurveda: The Divine Science of Life is a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practices of Ayurveda, and its application in the prevention and treatment of illness.
