Then, once I have purchased them, I try to fix it up a bit and then have it re-mortgaged to it Current Market Value. I only invest where I live as I have mastered the prices in the area. But my obstacle ALL the time are the surveyors of the banks. They always end up down valuing the property even if I can show extensive comparables that have been sold in the area. What's the best remedy for this, is it Lord Ganesha?
