Expenditures on rise with no source if income i agree. You may also have to go on very long journey away from your house. But things can improve after November, do remedies as under- Gud (Jaggery) to cow every Thursday and if possible every Thursday. Dont wash clothes on Thursday with soap. Unfortunately, present dasa is of Jup which may not give you very good results. However, next dasa of YK Saturn will prove very good for material prosperity, even against all odds.
