significance of all planets in Dwirdwadasha position

Dear prashantji,

I wanted to know what is the significance of all 7 planets in 2-12 positions in a kundli for example the lagna is tula with ketu in 5th and moon-mars in 9th in gemini ,budh-guru-shukr in 10th in kark rasi,ravi,shani,rahu in 11th in leo

pls note the combination of budh as 12th lord,guru as 6th lord and shukr as 8th lord in the career house

all planets except lagna hemmed between rahu and ketu as you see in this case .

Will the native fare well in life or life is without purpose in such cases ?
